MEANS FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. The Customer may submit to LXoffice complaints within 30 days of knowledge of the facts, to the e-mail address [email protected] or to the following postal address: LXoffice, R. Hermano Neves 18, Piso 3, E7, 1600-477 Lisboa.
  2. The complaints received are handled in chronological order of entry registration and records of these complaints are kept.
  3. For the resolution of consumer disputes resulting from the provision of the service by LXoffice, the Tribunal Arbitral do Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo of Lisbon (https://www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt/), shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with its regulation.   4. The appeal to the Arbitral Court of Lisbon, occurs without prejudice to the appeal to the Judicial Court, in accordance with the Law, being competent the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.
